getting the false error

i have been trying for days to get sro on my sisters laptop. it use to work fine before then after a big update it wouldnt work. i kept fixing problems and getting knew ones.
then one i get now is after i hit the start button for sro i get this error
the window the top part says false
the bottom part says ÆNÆÄÀï and other lettters that are about the same.
if anyone can help me that would be awesome.
