i realy having prob. with gameguard

it said failed to update gameguard

im not spamming but i realy cant log in bcoz of the GameGuard it keeps saying retry ive been in front of the PC like 7 hrs already. pls help.

Find your silkroad folder. Probably C:\Program Files\Silkroad. Delete the folder named "GameGuard". Launch Silkroad and it will be reinstalled.

Have you disabled your firewall and antivirus for the reinstallation?
Have you tried restarting your computer?

Your firewall/antivirus is blocking Gameguard. Allow it to bypass the firewall.

Err... you need to allow the GAMEGUARD process to bypass the firewall.

your totaly right ive been playing SRO b4 with my firewall and anti virus but nothing happen bad until now after the patch

What do you mean you did it three times? You had a bot, you uninstalled it, reinstalled it, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, uninstalled it?

Error 350 is for if you hit cancel, or there are bandwidth concerns (It's being blocked by firewall.) Go into your windows firewall and allow GameGuard access.

i meant i uninstalled the game 3 times already and i dont use bot.. im only level 4 hehe

finally i uninstal SRO then i disable firewall and anti virus and install it again and it working again
