Hello,

Some months ago I made a new character and it is still showing help messages and acadamy list.
This happens when I enter the server or when I use a return scroll.
Everytime my health goes under 50% a help message comes. Everytime I have zerk a message comes...
I'm lvl 51 now and it's quite annoying. Anyone knows a solution?

i have that too..
maybe when u get lv 60 and can make an academy..
it sucks
or outlvl ur first char in same acc
idunno..
for now just keep spanning esc

Academy will come unless u hit 40 and get used to HELP

Bad news guys i am lvl 65 and i still get the "Guardian Matching" window overlaid with the "Help" window.Check out my post under [Guides]How to use Technical Help.

Isn't there a solution for this problem?
I have 2 other accounts and they don't have this problem

Apparently it is to do with Joymax's servers and not our Computers we can only hope it will be fixed one day.By the way i have even tried starting an academy and uninstalling & re-installing Silkroad,all to no avail.

Happened to me too, on Herc it was all fine, but when I started on Venus I kept getting help messages all over. If you go to the system tab, And to the last tab in there(I dont remember what its called) You can uncheck a box saying Notice, this should get rid of the pop-up, but not of the sound.

Thanks JeroenNL for your input,i have tried unchecking the notice box but it didn't help me,anyone else have any luck with this.
