geting error when stating the game

every time i try to start the game after 1.022 patch its always give me this error
what can i do to fix it?

If I understand correctly, the game is down today, they are installing the new server, I think that's why:

no its no that the game is still open it will be close in few hours
i had this log time ago and i just click on button and the game worked
but now anything i try is not helping

I get that message once in a while even without the server having probs.
When I nuke a noob with a protector xD
Though mine comes up in chinese. ^_^

I got same msg, same ??????????????'s everywhere
Lets all hope its just cause of the new server or watever....
OR if they fix it in new update or watever the heck is gunna fix it =)

i know that but i dont have the windows CD to instal those files >_<
now i'm trying to find download for them and asking my friends if thay
have the CD
