how i can know my pc have pci or pci express slots? can any1 tell to me where i can find information? maybe in start> run>dxdiag ?

Usually you know this sort of thing when you buy your motherboard and GFX card...If you dont know for some reason then crack the case and take a gander inside. Somewhere next to the line of pin receptors will be either AGP, PCI, PCI-E or maybe even something else depending on how old the machine is.

Every modern motherboard has both - PCI and PCI express. Open your case to check it out or google your motherboard name.
