for 1440x900 and 1680x1050 resolutions...what does it look like with sro running? is it bearable? does it even launch?

yes it launches its just really large heh and everything is really small

Well, with my 17' Widescreen monitor and my Gforce 8500GT video card the game looks amazing in 1440x900. Nothing looks out of place, just pure high quality

I was lucky enough to run sro in a Dell 2407wfp. in 1920x1200
All are the same except that the overlays (like your name,
sp, exp bar, etc..) are small, but game it self is just the
same, but wider view angle only.
