Need Help with DirectX 10

I am trying to play on ECSRO but it says i need DirectX 9. I have DirectX10 but I have no clue how to "downgrade". Can anyone help?

You can just download it from the silkroad online website http://www.silkroadonline.net u login then download directx 9.0

That's weird. I'm using DirectX10 on Windows Vista and I haven't had any problem yet
