Screen Starts to Flip

The PC of a friend of me is not the best one.. so don't say: Buy a new this or buy a new that..
Short:
after 5 min the screen starts to flip
(Just Strokes and pixels... and Stripes..)
Somebody have something that he can use? Or a tip

you could turn down graphics.
do you mean your computer framerate is slow?

In the login screen and he did already all Graphics on Low and 800x600

What do you mean by flip? I'm having a freezing/graphic glitch problem too, tell me if the screenshot I have in my thread is about the same thing that happens to him because we might have the same problem.

Well I still haven't found a fix for mine
