Hey i am curious if there is a way to stop anyone but the admin to be able to download on a pc, my brother uses my pc sometimes and he downloads the biggest peices of shit ever so is it possible to do it?

What operating system are you working on ? And just password protect your account and make him a simple user account (if you're working with Windows it's easy to set up)

just password protect the computer and tell him to buy his own if he wants to download even more crap/virus


i used to share the pc whit my older sister (the dark time) well didnt use computers that often then^^

Set yourself as admin account.
Make him an account with limited rights.
Within those rights you can set exactly what he can and cant do.
