IN GAME FREEZE HELP!!

It's really annoying seeing how crowded the servers are when I freeze.
The whole game stops. My computer is frozen. Sometimes the charatcers move so slow but i know it's frozen.
Im not sure why but it happens a lot when i go to DW or hotan or laggy areas
any help?
