Help with my char, can't play

Hello everyone, i would like to ask you if you can help me with my problem....
When i login with my char, i get DC right away(disconnect from the server), i'm in town, i'm not stuck into the buildings and the strange is i don't even see the NPC. It's happening to all my chars, in every server i try to get in.
It's been like this for over a month now, i've tried everything, i have the good video card, i have reinstalled windows, i have red all i found and tried all i found about every single bug...
So if anyone can help me, yes, i guess the problem is in the PC, but still, i would love to hear some oppinion and advice.
