When I click the new SRO installer, I wait about 30mins for that "Please Wait..." sign, then this error comes up. Anyone have any ideas how to fix it?
FYI I DLed the client from silkroadaddiction.com

I'm kinda new, but I think you got to wait like 4 more hours be4 u will be able to play, if any1 disagrees with me, please say it, cuse im not sure...

( I think ) The old versioun of silkroad was legend II now, they are making it LegendIII So, they shut down the game for some hours, but as I already told, I'm not sure about this

I still do get the same error, tried many solutions, none worked so far
anyone with ideas or a solution?

actually .. I didn't download or run the new client yet (studying
) .. but I had the same problem with the fortress war client
I kept on trying and it didn't work .. so the only solution was to take the files from a friend who could install it .. and the game worked (but the loading was slow and got dc so frequently
anyway .. I did download a couple of versions too .. and it worked on an another computer .. so the problem is not with the client
(I did install it later ... a matter of luck
)
the problem is either
1- the connection you are using is kinda too good .. that the client can't connect to the server .. (or too bad)
2- there is no problem ... just keep trying till it works

Im getting this same problem. . .Im trying to install the latest client, and im getting this error. . .
its probably due to the fact that Im in Japan. . .so. . .how do I fix this????

Yes someone please help. I get the exact same message about legend III.
I downloaded the client for few diffrent spots.. Why is this?
Is SRO updating to legend 3 right now? Thats only reason why I could
think of for this since i got simliar thing when i tried using the
euro client before it was out. Anyone know where i can get a working client?

Idk if this will work for yall but it did for me. I first dled it then I went to the website and logged in. Keep the website open. Now try to open up the file and install again.
