Changing Password

Post by Jackson »

I wish to change the password on my SR account but don't know how to do this. Can anyone explain what I need to do. Also I don't remember my secret question answer for one reason or another.

Is there anyway that I can write to SR and ask them to reset the question or at least allow me to change my password. Anyone done anything like this before. Please let me know how you go about it.

Cheers! :)

DO NOT LOG IN!!!

Look in the top right corner of the site.

Click on the "Forgot password?" link.

scroll to the bottom.

put in your login name, then the e-mail address you registered with. Press enter.

At the next screen type your secret answer and press enter

The next screen will allow you to input a new password. When done, press enter.

well it's an answer to a question. Hopefully you picked a question that you would always know the answer to. If not, then, as I made the same mistake, you'll have to create a new account. This time write down your answer somewhere and keep it in a secure, safe place that you'll always remember where it is. Good luck.
