Some problems

Hi, I'm new in silkroad and this is my first post, well, I'm not that new. I once played a long time ago but then I was bored and quited playing. Now I wanted to play again, but then, after I pressed start ( before the game guard comes ) I get this warning.
D3D9 application
warning: nothin will be rendered.
The reference rendering device was selected, but your computer onley has a reduced-functionality reference device installed. Install the DirectX SDK to get the full reference device
Well, it was pretty hard to solve because I'm bad at computers.
But, I managed to solve it ( Don't ask me how pls
) Then the game guard came, and then at the little screen that comes up with the girl, sultan, rougue or whatever, just keeps standing there, no matter how long I wait.
Here's a list of things I already tryed:
Retry it
Restart computer
Shut my computer 1day down, and tried again
I w8ed for 35mins and still nothing happened
As I already told you, I'm not a advanced player if it is for silkroad, but now my conclusion are the next things:
1- Could it be that the thing I downloaded didn't contained the europe version? I downloaded it from filefront, and it is from 20 decembr or something
2- Could it be that it has to do something with the Legend III thing?
3- Do I need to wait longer then 35 minutes?
Pepole, please help, you can ask whateverinformation you need, but now I'm trying to redownload it. If you want to know information about my computer, ask, but explain everything very good.
