Net capped leads to disconnection?

my downloads went over the limit and i seem to be disconnecting every 10minutes..

does anyone disconnect when their net is capped?

mostly when u cap, your speed goes down to less than 56k modem speeds.

my asshole brother always caps his dls and gets me dc from sro. :x internet goes from 1700kb to 200kb whenever he runs them or starts more :banghead:

when my net gets capped our speed is reduced to smallband...
I then hardly get the start button.
I just buy some extra gigabyte at the provider that gets me back to broadband

When my bro start dling with whatever dl progrma he uses, it takes 3 seconds for a mouse click or key to be regonized. And that includes pot's taking longer to activate. Which causes me to frikkin die
