Screen auto changes resolution!? PLZ HELP!

My screen's default resoultion is 800x600. When I play silkroad it goes to 1024x i think like 768, thats fine. Whenever I go afk for even 20 mins the screen changes resolution back to 800x600 and I have to exit, all I think is oh no I have to log in again 
Please help me keep the game at a constant resolution!
