Sorry, data road error. Try again after clicking Confirm

Hi all,
I am having a little trouble and would greatly appreciate a little assistance.
When I try to purchase Silk through the offical SRO website I get this error ("Sorry, data road error. Try again after clicking Confirm") after selecting the amount of Silk and clicking the buy button (I get this with all options, but I wish to buy with PayPal).
After that, you can't try again for another day due to the limits. But I have been trying everyday for almost two weeks now to no avail.
I have submitted bug reports and have tried posting on the offical forums but get no reply.
Please if anyone has the same problem or could help. You guys aer my last resort.
