No Start Button

When I press on Silkroad, I wait for everything and everything does except the start button. HELP!
When you open the SRO launcher program, it contacts jmax to get news and update info... when those servers take too long you get stuck there with no Start button.
Keep opening and closing it every 30 seconds or so until you get the Start button. It'll happen eventually.
