problem with cSRO

Well when i choose div2 the Start button never appears, and sometimes i cant press on div 2 the game just stop running. But sometimes i have suceed to connect to the game but when i write in my id and pw and press log in the "Disconnected from the Server" windows appears. I have tried to reinstalled the game and it tooked about 6-7 hours to just update the game and after the same problem appears..
Someone who knows what the problem is and how it can be solved?
