well, whenever i stall, i either get this error




or it just stops responding.... ive tried it on 2 computers, same thing happened....

its to do with the GT series from your graphics card for some reason nevida graphics cards especial the GT do not get along with the client for some reason, many other people have had this problem to with drivers up to date and windows updates installed. i dont know if its something u can just fix.

Same problem..crashing alot...and everybody could make less topics, because it should be same problem..i got freezes and crashes...I have Geforce 8600GT
Had that problem yesterday too, but less crashes

7 Crashes in 2 hours....
Usualy it crashes when:
1)Entering town
2)Teleport
3)Stall network
4)Logging into game

I know several people who have 8600GT's, I have a 7800GT which should be more than enough for SRO and haven't seen much of this problem. I have noticed that when you run SRO in a window it seems to crash more often - by "more often" I mean about once a week for me, usually when tp'ing to Hotan. Otherwise my GT runs SRO with very few problems - SRO used to crash about once every month or so.

I have also had success with windowed mode by turning down the graphics settings. Honestly, I'd point a finger at the drivers - I'm running year-old drivers and seem to have fewer problems. Some Nvidia drivers were better than others for certain things.

this never happened before, ive had my 8600 GT for 2 months and it had been fine

I got that too once

But i tried that:

Changed compatibility mode to Win98/ME
And haven't crashed yet

Install/Reinstall Directx SDK. it's a 400Mb+- file that includes all u need . it doesnt help ? re-install the game.

hi all

I have been encountering the same problem of freez and errors with ??? I am using nvidia and my pc, winows xp profissional and graphic card are all updated. I have tried all options to resolve this including re-installing the game but all of no use. This issue has been encountered ever since the last inspection took place and have effected my cashflow far too much - broke because not being able to stall - I can not even check the stall market propperly because the game either shuts down or freez. Sometimes I will be d/c even while hunting. I guess the problems does not occur cuz of yr pc, memory card or graphic card especialy if u have been using all these before w/o having such problems. All has to do with the last update and we have no other choice I believe untill joymax resolves this unpleasant issue most propably in next inspection.
