Ok well I am not sure what is causing the problem. I beleve it happend after the last patch on silkroad.
I have:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+
Version: x86 Family 15 Model 67 Stepping 2
Speed: 2605 MHz
4 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE
Im not really that tech savvy so if more information is needed tell me.
Why would I be lagging? I have a cable connection, and I scan my computer weekly. Im going to defrag it again tonight to see if this fixes the problem.

hmm very odd, i would say update ur graphics drivers for your vid card and see if that helps, but your vid card looks fine, everyone you have it exciting minimum and even recommended.
