1. As Cipney said, reboot.
2. This was reported in Dec 2007, chk tis thread
3. I have seen this issue at work. generally seen while im working with ASP.NET or Visual Studio 2005. Are u working with ASP or Studio 05 ??
Error is someting like this,
Server Error in '/Ea' Application. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mutex could not be created.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
blah blah blah
If reboot fixed it lets close it up
