MAJOR PROBLEM

omg.. i have a verry byg problem..i need someone to help me out..
i made an account ... that i use it now.. i lvl 65... damn.. and.. someone found my password.. i tryed to change it.. but .. i can`t.. it keep tells me..that .. the .. informations.. does not.. confirm.. why ?
i tryed to find out the id .. with 1st solution by mail and name.. and god dammit.. it seams .. is from mail.. they can`t remember the mail.
i tryed with my all mails, and nothin, and i tryed to fit there the same mail as in account details from silrkoad online, and nothin.
i sent mail to joymax and nothin. someone pls give me a hand to change the password.
i don`t wanna wake up in 1 morning and see that i`m hacked.
or if someone can keep in touch with joymax and get an answer please do it.

sorry for tat,but maybe the hacker had changed the email adress so u can't change pw.and propaly u r hacked sorry

this Guy is not a hacker .. i still have the account.. and the mail.. i .. use it ..on change password..is the same .. or account informations.. but..they say that informations don`t match

dude lets start with the Beggining
1st i tryed to change my password ok.. i know the mail, i know the password, i know the secret answer. so i tryed to change it. nothin, the informations don`t match i tryed 2nd time, 3rd...nothin..WTF.
ok. now i go to the other section, to the one with find id, so i fit there the mail and name, nothin. tryed 2nd time 3rd 4th ...nothin.. LOL, WTF..again??!?!.
Now i go to silkroadonline website and i login ... i can login .. i go to account informations, and nothin has been changed..hmm what could be happend here.. so the mail is the same .. the .. informations, same so why doesn`t work to change password?? LOOOL. so now i wanna find out what happend here.. why i can`t change it.. :| Thank u again for "listening" , i hope this time u got the idea ? and maybe u can help me out :|

anyway i dont know why it does not change for you it could be that ur request times out before it reaches the server to change, but i havent heard anyone having this problem before so no info att.

ok ok..i understand...but can`t u talk to someone.. from joymax..or one of your.. helpers .. friends.. and to ask them.. what can be made .. to change it? .. i told u.. i`m a little disperate...and i rlly wanna find out.. how can i change it in this case.. cause..i don`t wanna cry later near the empty account

this forum has no connection to joymax itself, we are just a forum for players who play silkroad. i do not know of anyone that would know the answer to this you will just have to wait for someone else to post a solution.
