IP addresses for the servers?

I'd like to know if there's a file in the client that lists the IPs so i can run ping plotter when i play, or at least check my ping times before i waste time logging in (and getting lag).
Anyone know? So far I know the first 3 octets... 222.111.150... Anyone know Greece?
Or maybe the dmark before the servers?
