when i run silkroad it says server is in examination or out of working time

1.Un-install silk-road and install it.
2. Download a DIFFRENT link you downloaded it from(IF YOU DOWNLOADED IT FROM A LINK, AKA FILEFRONT, DOWNLOAD IT FROM UTORRENT, AND OTHER WAY ROUND.)
