C9 Error

What can I do to fix my server problem. It always says "Cannot connect to server.....(C9)" what do I have to do. I have a premium ticket now. Pls Help...

well ... I get C9 error only when I'm uploading something or downloading .... or lagging heavily.

it means you cannot connect to there server, try to get onto the silkroad site and keep refreshing until you do, then you should be able to play, if not it might be your, router or bridge.
