Installer Problem

Hey all. Quick question/problem. Yesterday I downloaded the installer. I went to open it to install the game, and some error pops up as soon as I double click saying "String Error" or something like that. I didn't even get a chance to open the installer. And i was ticked cause it took like 3-4 hours to download. So, whats goin on? Anyone know?
