Im trying to play silkroad and the launcher comes up but the Start thing isnt appearing?

Anyone know wut the matter is?

it happens sometimes just keep closing it and opening it again. your firewall might be blocking it or there might be something else going on mostly you just keep trying and it will pop up

K thanx if it is my fire wall how will i get it to work?
