IP blocked =[

Hey guys I am not sure if I should post this here or send a note to the admin or mods. I just recently moved out of my parents house to an apartment building. At the new place the IP is blocked and I cant even view the forums. 
I am signed in here at my work which stayed the same. Do I need to provide the blocked IP address for the ban to be lifted? I dunno what or whom was there before I was to cause the ban. 15mins durning lunch is not enough time to browse the forums at work. Can anyone help me?
