it might be the fault of the game servers, for this has happened before, just wait it out for now.

There is no other options maybe your router has a firewall and you have to open ports in it or something...other than that your screwed

wow it works now.
I did all the soultions.
It appears that it was the firewall.
I need to open my ports and also change the host file plus i had two host files so i had to delete the old one and now it works.
But how long. hopeful this problem is solved.

When the servers do there weekly inspection, as we all know, they shutdown and we have limited connection. So when they made the client, they automatically applied that if the client had limited connection with the server, that it is because of a inspection. So they made it that the message will appear automatically when there is limited connection.
So the reason you guys are getting that message is because of a shortage of internet connection from either the server to the computer, or there is a firewall that is limiting the internet connection, usually from a router.
But dont get confused, When there is limited connection, u still recieve a signal, but its not much of one, which is why the client thinks its under inspection and gives u that message.
If you recieve no signal at all, you will in same cases recieve the same message, but most of the time, u will recieve a blank startup, with the start button hidden, and nothing in the notice box.
Hope this helps.
