Hi i currently can `t play silkroad. The update worked till tues inspection this week and now it does not work?

How can i get rid of the sign so i can play?
i can `t update the client...as well.

it means u cant connect to the server to leaving an exception on your firewall to allow sro.exe to connect to wherever it needs to go,
