Since the new sro version came out i've been getting a message when I run sro saying I need to install the latest update and it takes me to the sro homepage.. The thing is it won't let me log in. I make an account through joymax and I can sign in on the joymax page but when it goes to the sro page I go to log in and it never accepts it. I tried to download the new client through other websites but they don't finish downloading for some reason.

Why won't it let me log in?
btw im using firefox, but I tried it with internet explorer and it didn't work either.

EDIT
I'm not banned, I have never been able to log into the home page and was playing SRO until the update. I would like to know why I can't log in... I havent signed on in a while and I had borrowed some stuff and I need to return them. I see other threads about this but no replies we're made and some situations we're different. I know its the right info.
