Problems with Passwords

I was trying to log on with my account, I entered the ID and Pass, and then I was surprised to find out "wrong Pass entry", tried bout 11 times b4 I entered the same ID and Pass on SilkRoadOnline.net and it worked !
...I was told to change the Pass at joymax.com, however, I can't remember my secret answer...what am I supposed to do about it?

well... if you dont remember ur secret answer all i can say is make sure cap lock isnt on and try again, maybe restart your comp and see if that helps any.

nope, the caps isn't on, no spaces r in there...and it's only my old Chinese staler...I just find it weird !

Does ur password Contain the letters "A" and Double "S"??
