and to reiterate my last post i got it to work when i chose a character in Constantinople but as soon as i teleported back to Jangan at the loading screen the game froze. i tried to load again but i got that error after the game shut down

trying redownloading and install the game and see if that helps, very odd the game would work in one town but not the other.

tried it still no changes... im leaning towards some process causing an error. i realized when i started up the game it was when my computer was still loading all the processes and it could be coincidence that it worked in Constantinople could this be true?

i think i fixed this problem...so far.
all i needed to do was find a older driver of Nvidia 6150 LE !!!!!
it was actually pretty hard to find and older driver on the nvidia site but the search was worth it
ive gone throught everything else: tweaking bios reinstalling os ect... and all it needed was a simple older driver -_-
EDIT*** my comp still does not like jangan and reinstall doesn't seem to work i still get ????? error

Well, Jangan could possibly be freezing your computer up since it is smaller than the other towns and seems to always be full of people. An older video card might not be able to handle that. After what you've wrote, and after the video card topic, it's age might be tied in with the ??? error, or not even age, just the model. It could be anything, but if you have some money, consider upgrading your video card to a 7x + nVidia. It'll last you quite a number of years.
