So how do you switch to codepage 949? If I understand correctly, that codepage supports the Korean language. Would that mess up your keyboard layout, or reassign english letters to different ascii values?

if you are meaning the ????? error with your computer specs it is most likely your graphics card not up to date, check for updates for your graphics card that should fix the problem
