OK.....im screwed

The last weekly sever inspection has left me with some what of a pickle.
When you atempt to log in you get t the screen were you type in your ID and Password, now this is the problem the servers, that box is blank and will remain blank no matter what i do. anyone getting this problem and if soo, HOW THE #@$% DO YOU GET AROUND IT!
