Installing error

I have this problem when i try to install Sro...i click the .exe ... the please wait window appears and then a window pops up that says ...Temp folder error... and it closes everything... what does that means?...i have already downloaded the game 4 times from different sites and still get the same error..anyone please help

It's because you open the file immediently instead of downloading it to your harddrive. So when you click on the file you wish to download, save it to your harddrive, and when it's finished click the installer.

I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM...
I REALLY DON't understand. I did what Ruyi said...but it don't works...
The damn TEmp File error.
Wich another option i have? i got an lvl 52 archer on Troy and i want to play again btw...is necessary to still have the previous client?

Might be a stupid thing to say, but did you download the latest client available? I read that it sometimes causes the error when people use an outdated client version.
