I need some help with MSN >.<

so I click the Msn installer on my comp then i select i'm connected to the internet bu it keeps saying i'm not even though i am connected soo... can anyone help me?

Is a firewall blocking it so it can't access the internet?

Mine has a little popup when a program wants to gain access, so from there I can deny it or not.
Try asking someone which it is or search the directories.
