Freezing Silkroad

So randomly my game just freezes and doesn't respond. Anyone know a way to stop this from happening?

It has only happened to me twice in multiple hours of playing, but I still don't know why it happens or how to solve it. Could someone answer this for us please?

its becuase of the new update, we are talking about joymax here the same happened with the euro update

Yeah, if we depend of Joymax to fix it, then we will have to learn to live with it . . .
