when i click on the launcher the start button doesnt show up and the one time i did get in i typed the verification code and nothing happened after that pls help me

I have the same problem. When I start Silkroad, the start button doesn't show sometimes, but this problem is easily fixed because I just have to keep restarting Silkroad. When the start button does show up, sometimes the game won't load. It just shows the loading thing that says "Silkroad". When it does load I type in the image code verification and nothing happens! It doesn't tell me "can't connect due to server traffic" or anything. I just close the game and try again, but every time it doesn't say anything. HELP!!! Everything was working fine before the server inspection. What do I need to do to fix these problems!
