when i open my sro client the start button does not come up

when i open my sro client the start button does not come up, why is that???, is it from the inspection last night? or what , can youy please reply and tell me what i have to do to get it working

Just refresh Silkroad offical Website ...
You'll get errors that it cannot find it , refresh some more times
and after you enter the site start button will show
