So im thinking of buying some new ram, i have 4 slots currently 254mb in each.

And i found some 2x1024mb new ones at a good price, would you recommend getting 4x1024mb if you had some money to spare?

Also i need a new graphics card, currently using an ATI 254mb X600 series one.
Im thinking of this one:

Gainward Graphic card 8500GT 512 PCX

Is it any good or should i get better to keep up?

4gb RAM will make your comp process application alot faster.
