i cant create an account (on silkroad) everytime i do it says wrong factor is called.
plz help me

Without any information we can't help you. It could be failing for a multitude of reasons, and unfortunately I don't know of anyone here who could read your mind and be able to give you a definitive answer.

I'll just make one suggestion- Don't use special non-alphanumerical characters in your username or password. Just numbers and letters will do.

the same thing happens to me can someone tell me whats wrong. plz

it says in a windows box wrong format is called i type everything in and i press join to see which box is the problem and its either the e mail address or the user name can someone tell me whats wrong or tell me what and how im supposed to put the email address cause it has two boxes how do i place it- full address in both or- the first part then the @ part and then the rest of the email address plz help.

Normal numbers and letters for the username and password. No symbols... no -, (, ), +, \, _, ?, $, etc. And no SPACES.

For the email, you type it like someone @ something.com if there's two boxes.

Try using IE to register, if u are other browser user.
I sometime get strange error from other site registeration while using firefox, used IE and success. many time.

Their site really doesn't work well at all with Firefox, unfortunately.
