Every time I teleport there is a C++ run time error and i get disconnected. I can't travel anymore

Download Microsoft Directx 9.0c April 2007 Newest Version.
Download Microsoft SDK April 2007 Newest Version.
Make sure you unzip it to a folder other than temporary and install.

Ok so that's not the problem ... I was attempting more things and apparently it's my character that is causing the dc. He disconnects on another computer whenever that teleport screen comes up. Also a different char on the same account and server does not dc. Have any ideas what might be causing the dc? I checked all of my quests... all though i have TONS of incomplete ones. I removed all of my skills from the skill bars and i took off all of my armor. Any other ideas out there?
