Ok this is seriously annoying.....I get up at 6:10-6:30 GMT time to get a shower and go on silkroad....but now i cant do that because the start button just doesnt exist. Also the little box with news and announcments in is blank. All ive got is option exit and movie.

ALSO THE WEBSITE IS DOWN

EVERY TIME YOU CLICK ON IT *INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY THIS WEBPAGE*

NEED HELP PEOPLE....EVEN IF NO HELP COMES AT LEAST SOMEONE WHO HAS THE SAME PROBLEM.

Ya same here i cant get ym start to work or acces the site ither . I dont really know what to say ig ot hacked as well and now have nothing lol, oh well shaight hapens right(NOT)......I have reinstalled windows vista on ym computer and am D-loading the client now and will get back to you once everything is done.

Hey guys just me again just wanted 2 say after the....honestly i think it was 134th time i restarted it, it finally decided to start also the website back up. Hit me back if your game is still faulty.....I can help

I also have the same problem, none of the solutions here work for me. its been 8 hours now... PLS can anyone help?

Wow...I have the exact same problem:

1. Cant run the client..(Server undergoing inspection blah blah blah)
2. I cant access http://www.silkroadonline.net (page cannot be displayed)
3. Cant Change password on Joymax portal ( email verification page not displaying properly)

PS I also have not changed any configuration on my computer, nor installed any new program

I experienced this problem when i have to forcibly exit SRO due to no response.... NOT LAG cause other players are moving around me and talking to me etc... When i tried to log back in, I cant execute SRO anymore

You might need to open and close the launcher a few times. somtime i get this too but i find that if i google search the sro website then click on a link suck as silk charge and not the homepage directly - that opens up and when i close that after it has loaded up fully then i can run launcher smoothly. imo this is the only way to do it.

what I do is keep opening and closing the start window until the "start" button pops up. You can usually tell it does when the announcements show up
