Problems with the installation

hey guyz, i recently formatted my comp, so i hav to reinstall the game after the formatting. Normally when i run the installation file(SilkroadOnline_GlobalOffi1.exe), after wating for a while, the sro installation window will pop up and asks me where i would like to install the game. But then rite, this time when i run the installation file, there is a pop up window that says something like "This is a client file that can be used after the Europe update." and when i click "OK", it stopped my installation, i tried a few times and every time it is like that. does any1 hav any idea wats goin on?

Well, im not sure if u have the latest version (v1.33) client installation file from SRO, can u download the latest version from http://www.silkroadonline.net/ and try installation again.....

One thing u can prolly try is, rename the folder c:/programfiles/Silkroad to someother name (rename only silkroad folder)....
Incase if u dont have silkroad folder, ignore this

yea, last time rite, i downloaded the file from fileshack.com, i downloaded form there because silkroad.net listed it as one of the paths for the download, i juz want to know whether you can still download the version 1.33 file from fileshack.com, coz i cant access silkroad.net, for some reason, i dunno y.

I know a lot of people are having problems with accessing the SRO.net website. What you need to do, is go to http://www.silkroadonline.net and refresh a few times until it appears.

Then make sure you download from FileFront. Their servers are known to be the most reliable. That way you don't get any corruption in the EXE file.

I tried to download from filefront, but when i click the "download now" button, they say "Your download has failed. There were no available download servers." Does it have anything got to do with my comp settings?

It means there are too many people downloading the client at the time, so you need to wait to until there isn't as any people downloadng it.
