well i finally saved enough money 2 buy a laptop after my cp broke last year
i fell that sro is the only game good enought 2 play now flyff, all the other games just bore me ....

the problem is every thime i start press play then it loads to dock
[it crashes every time i can even select server]
i even bought dsl for silk

my pc specs r
vista home basic
acer Aspire 5610 lap top
Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator Drive
ram is 1014 mb
120 gb lap top
direct x 10 unfortunetly

well the point is i like try every thing almost wana give up games
i really luv silk
the one time i played it i got adicted but
im so sad
i even did admin thing
plz can some 1 help
buying a new pc isnt in my budget right now
or window xp downgrad disk
im saving for school
plz plz plz help
im like the only 1 that never ever gets what he wants
can u guys help me now

i spend coont less hours looking thorugh forms trying 2 find a soultion maybe u guys will help me here n silk wont let me post on fourms cus i dont have a charecter in the game i never have a chance 2 cus it crashes before i can even do anything D:>

that did that to me everytime i tried on my dads laptop with pretty much the same specs as u but he has an MDG laptop, but what i did was updated the graphics driver and got a ram thing that decreases ur ram usage. anyways to update your graphics driver hit the start menu button and search Device Manager> find Display Adaptor> expand the display adaptor menu> right click the driver and click update> then choose search automaticly. if that doesnt help then i dont know.

Ok, lets c, VISTA - by default has loads of problems with SRO, as officially announced in SRO website couple of months back, SO VISTA is not a gud choice for SRO.

As a solution, this is wat i did to all my friends comp who had VISTA... i created a DUAL BOOT option where during startup of computer, it gives a choice between Windows VISTA and Windows XP.

Its is very easy to install dual operating system on the same machine, and if ur not comfortable enuf to do it, get it to a technician and he shuld b able to get it done...

I agree and understand ur running short of cash, but thats the only option (feasible) and gud solution unless SRO fix this game to be played on VISTA.
