Hi i have a confusing problem with my installation. I had no problem in installing and uninstalling SRO since i've been playing it. This time I encountered an error running SRO so i uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it. After i downloaded the client into the Silkroad folder in my C: drive; I tried installing it but every time the same message pops. I know that the problem must be with my laptop since I tried downloading the client from fileshack, fileplanet, and utorrent.

The message says:

SilkroadOnline_GlobalOfficial_v1_130.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Plz plz plz help. I have a GT running now and i really need to lvl up my char in Venus

what helped for me is installing the internet browser mozilla... you can find it at http://www.mozilla.com

thnx but I never had a problem with Internet Explorer. It works fine for other stuff and my other games...i'm not sure what is wrong with SRO.

Can u rename ur existing SRO folder to someother name, downlaod the latest client (i tink it is v1.33) and reinstall the client again.
