hey all first off thanks for at least viewing my topic on this hard to view forum but neways...
i get this problem everytime i hit the silkroad online shortcut....
The server is undergoing inspection. please visit blah blah blah
basically ive tried a reinstall but nothing happens so i have no clue as of what to do....
ive hit that shortcut button for like 1 hour flat and nothing has happend just the same old message...
1 minute im fine to get on next minute i fighting the black robbers and then i get the ???? error then i get DC
please please please assist me furthur....

Try to be a little more specific, don't think many people here understod what you meant. Beacuse you first say you can't connect, then you say you get in but get disconnected after some minutes 
Will try to share my experiens with you'r problems. First of, the 'server is undergoing insp...' problem. I have noticed that if I have no internet connection of some reason, that message will show up. I'm on a 100mb line so no modem dial up problem or finite bandwith can be the cause of it (at least not to my knowledge). Maybe you have some other program running that steals your bandwith. Or you'r connection is a little messy at the moment.
To the other problem of your's. I get trown out of the game too. So do my guildmates. When it happens more than three times in a row in a short period of time, then it can be a little annoying. Only cure for this is a prescription for high blodpressure. Or quit playing at all. But usually to my experience, this error is one of those hit and run one's. It shows up, messes a little with you and then disapears off to probably mess with someone else on the server. Only to come back later to make sure you take that medicine the doctor gave you.

basically that part where i said i was getting kicked after so many minutes was just saying what happened before i couldnt get on....
basically this is whathappened when my game stopped working....
i joined the game and was killing the black robbers....
suddenly my hard drive is going mental and then cuts to my desktop and i get the ?????? error...

the ???? message is a mystery to us all, cant help you with that. it seems to be something we all have to just live with.
as for the server inspection message i DEFINITLY get that when my interenet is screwy as i am trying to log in. instead of it saying "yo! ass! you have no internet connection!" it sayd server inspection blah blah blah....
so just make sure you are on the net, check your packet loss and try to grin and bear it.
