???? Error, Help please!

im getting the ???? error alot lately. i would turn on my comp and start sro with no problems, but after like the 4th time i start sro, i would get ???? and i couldnt start sro again unless i restart comp.
ive tried everything, updating my graphic card, sound card, changiing
resolution in sro to my monitor, cccleaner, changing the compatibility of the EXE files, nothing works. ive read all the ??? guides and nothing is getting rid of the ???? error
its really annoying because i have to restart comp if i get DC alot or if sro freezes and i couldnt start sro agian because of the ???? error. does anyone have another solution to this problem?
EDIT: my other games never crashes or not as much as sro, like Granado Espada, Call of Duty 4, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory.
so i dont know why its only sro that has problems

I get this error a lot too, dunno how to fix it though

I'm not sure how to help, cos I face this problem myself sometimes, especially when i try to access the guild storage functions.

Well,we all had the error & let me tell how to completely remove it !!
Here the steps so do them as they are shown here exactly :
1.Update your windows regulary from microsoft update site
2.Update your PC Drivers to the most available updates defenitions.
3.Try to make your updates for the Video Driver especially in the safe mode & use (Driver Cleaner) to clean all previous installed video driver files in the system32
4. Restart PC
5.while in game match your PC resolution with the game's resolution
here how I got rid of that silly error...
Btw,install all availabe .Netframe work updates & DirectX 9.0C

So that you don't have to restart your comp...
ctrl + alt + delete, Go to processes and find sro_client.exe. Click on end process. Then restart the application.
Don't mess around with the other stuff on that list though
????
